Hi everyone! Sorry it's been so long since I posted last! Last Friday was my birthday so I didn't get around to making a Friday Favourites post! I will be making a post about my birthday and what I got sometime soon though!
I've wanted a matte top coat for so long now, but haven't had any luck in finding one. But last night at WalMart I found an NYC one for only $2, so I got it! I'm really happy with it so far and I'm glad I didn't have to spend $10 to get Essie's Matte About You or something!
